Well y'all Comedian/Actor Kevin Hart was involved in a gruesome car crash Labor Day weekend. Allegedly, the crash occurred about 1am on Sunday in the Malibu Hills. Sources connected with the situation say that Kevin and some friends, Jared Black and Rebecca Broxterman, were traveling to Kevin's house in his 1970 Plymouth Barracuda when Jared (who was allegedly driving) lost control of the car, sending it through a fence and down and embankment. Kevin suffered 3 spinal fractures in the lumbar and thoracic areas. He underwent spinal surgery where surgeons fused the vertebrae together. Black and his fiance Broxterman were allegedly trapped under the crushed roof and had to be cut out of the vehicle. Black also suffered serious back injuries and was air lifted to UCLA medical center. Rebecca was not seriously injured.

Kevin's wife Eniko says that Kevin is still heavily medicated and in extreme pain but is doing well. He will most likely be in the hospital for a week at least and he has several months of physical therapy ahead. Police say Black was not under the influence at the time of the crash and that there is no ongoing criminal investigation.
