So allegedly, Love and Hip Hop Atlanta star Karlie Redd's husband, Maurice "Arkansas Mo" Fayne has been arrested! Mo was charged for allegedly misusing a Coronavirus Federal Small Business Loan! Y'all probably thinking, "how the hell did he do that?" Well I'm finna tell y'all.

Okay now Mo, who is a trucking company owner, is charged with using more than 1.5 million dollars in Small Business Administration stimulus funds to benefit himself rather than paying workers and small business expenses as the program stipulates. Mo allegedly spent $85,000 on jewelry, bought a 2019 Rolls-Royce Wraith luxury coup and paid $40,000 in child support (hell....at least he paid that child support)!

Mo applied for a federal loan to support his transportation business Flame Trucking, stating in his application that the company had 107 employees with an average payroll of 1.49 Million. Officials say the loan that Mo applied for was for 3 Million dollars but Mo only received a little over 2 Million.

Investigators met with Mo a couple of weeks ago and he denied spending the cash on anything other than what it was intended for, but when federal agents searched his home they seized the jewelry and about $80,000 in cash ( $9400 of that was in his pockets)!

Now all this is alleged! I however am not at all shocked, due in large part to the fact that this is not the first time Mo has been accused of fraudulent behavior! Alexis Skyy, another cast member of Love & Hip Hop also accused him of extorting money from her family for this alleged company ! If I'm not mistaken, I think Mo has served time for fraud or something similar in the past (dont quote me on that)! Thank God according to Karlie, she has cut ties and filed for divorce from Mo long before this happened. Karlie accused Mo of abuse and infidelity so she may have dodged a bullet with this one.
