Hey y'all! So I've been watching GROWING UP HIP HOP for a while now am I'm gone give ya'll a breakdown of the cast this season and what's been going on with them . Let's get to it!!!!!!

Angela, JoJo and Vanessa Simmons (Rev Run's kids)

So we have all seen these three before. They have been a part of reality tv shows for much of their lives. They are a pretty tight knit family but there has been some drama between the girls! Angela is kind of being standoffish toward Vanessa. She doesn't want tocollaborate on any business ventures and she is not being supportive towards Vanessa. The girls received an offer to revamp their athletic line Pastries but Angela didn't want to do it and she didn't want Vanessa to do it either. Vanessa accepted the offer anyway and the girls stopped speaking for a while! Little brother JoJo helped the two make amends. This season, JoJo proposed this longtime girlfriend who is also the mother of his child! Vanessa is kind of focusing on being a career woman, however she did reveal that she recently had a miscarriage! Angela has had a lot going on. She is adjusting to being a working single mom to her son SJ and she also wants to get back into the dating scene. She has in my opinion, been giving fellow cast mate Romeo mixed signals! Sometimes she flirts with him and sometimes she puts him in the friend zone. On top of all that, her child's father Sutton Tennyson was murdered this season! Of course she was devastated so really she is trying to pick up the pieces of her life and move forward. All and all I love this trio's positive energy.

Pepa (from Salt and Pepa) and her kids Egypt and Tyran

A lot has been going on with this family! First of all, Pepa has started dating her bodyguard Aundre who is still legally married! This caused a lot of drama. The kids don't really like him because of the vast age difference plus his baby's mother is currently pregnant with another child! Anyway, Aundre's baby's mother blasted Pepa online and accused her of being a home wrecker even though Pepa claims her boyfriend had been out of that relationship for a while before they started dating. Eventually Pepa has to make a choice between her man or her career. She chooses her career. As for Tyran, he has not always been the closest to his mother because he feels she has never been there for him and she favors Egypt. Tyran moved out to Los Angeles to repair their relationship. Egypt is barely grown but she has decided to shack up with her unemployed, much older boyfriend Sam. The family feels Sam is controlling and completely wrong for Egypt because he is broke and he is the father to two children! Hopefully all these relationships will be repaired and this family will be able to move forward.

Romeo is a very busy man. He is working on way too many business ventures at once and trying not to disappoint his dad Master P. Romeo is actually working so hard that at one point, he has to go to the hospital to be treated for exhaustion! Then there's his extreme infatuation with cast mate Angela! He has been trying to get with her for a very long time! As I mentioned earlier she keeps giving him mixed signals! I think this is a lot of stress on him and eventually he goes ham on her. Also this season, Romeo squashes his longtime beef with rapper Bow Wow! Romeo just needs to focus on a couple of things at a time and not spread himself so thin!

So this season, Boogie was battling drug and alcohol addiction. This caused a rift between him and his Dad and for a while they weren't speaking. An intervention was staged, Boogie went to rehab and got clean, and eventually Dame and Boogie repaired their relationship! Ava graduated high school and her dad is keeping a close eye on her mostly due to the fact that she is now in a serious relationship. Dame has been busy with business ventures and trying to have a baby with his longtime girlfriend Raquel! All in all, things are looking up for this family.

Briana Latrise (Mary J. Blige's Step-daughter)

SBriana is the troublemaker of the group! She has some good qualities but also brings a whole lot of drama! She literally gets into it with everybody! Briana was instrumental in Boogie's intervention and helped him and Dame repair their relationship. Come to find out, She was actually in love with Boogie! When she told him he rejected her! Briana has a past with drug and alcohol abuse and it seems like she may have relapsed this season. She has been violent and even totaled her car! I hope she will get it together before its too late.

Lil Eazy E (Eazy-E's Son)

Eric is for the most part a positive person. He was in a past relationship with Briana and they rarely see eye to eye! This season Eric is launching an investigation into the death of his father. The family of Easy-E does not necessarily believe he really died of AIDS and they have also speculated that if AIDS is in fact what he died of, that he was injected with the disease. Of course bringing all of this back up may cause Eric's family a great deal of pain and it might not really be the safest thing he can do. Hopefully this family gets the answers they need!

tahira "Tee Tee" Francis (Pepa's neice)

I don't feel like Tee Tee is a genuine person! She tries to befriend everybody but she does a lot of sneak dissing! If you want to know something about anybody Tee Tee is the person to see! This season she has really just been involved in most of the drama but unlike Briana she passes herself off as sweet and innocent. Tee Tee basically is a hanger on and she just wants to reach celebrity status by riding everybody else's coat tails. With that being said, she means well.....I think! She has been working on a couple of business ventures and she's been doing some dating. Imma need Tee Tee to come into her own next season.

Kyndall DeBarge (El DeBarge's Daughter)

Kyndall is probably the most laid back cast mate. She stays drama free and always tries to make every situation positive. Right now, Kyndall is trying to have a baby with her husband. She has been estranged from the DeBarge family for most of her life and is just now really meeting a lot of her family. We didn't see that much of Kyndall this season but hopefully that changes next season.

Lil Twist

Twist was previously signed to Young Money Records. Since then he has gotten into some trouble and even served prison time! This season he is the new comer. We get to see a little bit about his life. He grew up without his dad who is serving a very lengthy prison sentence. Twist brings a kind of go with the flow vibe to the cast. Since he is not a main cast member I don't know if he will be back next season.
